Dort ist auch eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockner zugänglich, die gegen Gebühr vom Anbieter WeWash genutzt werden können. Das angebotene Apartment hat die ideale Lage für Studenten der Universität Essen. Das Hörsaalzentrum S04 des Campus befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn Haltestelle befindet sich hier direkt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Rad in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in ca. 1,5km Entfernung. Ein Kiosk liegt in etwas 400m Entfernung. Ein Waschsalon liegt in etwa 100m Entfernung. In den Nebenkosten sind bereits Kosten für Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Müllentsorgung, etc. vorhanden.
