I'm renting a comfortable and fully furnished room in a bright, clean apartment located in a quiet and central neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a short stay. Please note: I live here and share the apartment — and so does my friendly cat. She's calm, clean, and mostly keeps to herself, but it's important that you're okay living with a cat in the house. Perfect for remote workers, students, or travelers looking for a cozy, local experience in Porto. Heat not included and not available. I can add one in the room but the extra cost for this (electricity) must be paid by you....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
