A spacious room is available in an apartment located in the heart of Pisa, in a strategic and convenient area for students and professionals. The apartment is close to all university faculties, only a 20-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and has a bus stop right below the building. The room is furnished and equipped with a double bed, offering comfort and plenty of space. The apartment also includes a fully equipped electric kitchen and fridge. (no private washing machine as photo). There is also a room in the apartment dedicated to laundry. The bathroom with shower is shared with only one other person of the same gender, ensuring comfort and privacy. The area is well served with shops, supermarkets, cafés, and public transport.
