The flat is located in a nice residential area into the Greater Bilbao, called Getxo, not far from Bilbao centre (20 min by metro), full of green areas, beaches and good comunications by bus, metro, with stops within 100m far. The flat has 2 complete bathrooms, a terrace, 21m2 livingroom, a complete kitchen with a daily diningroom. Hi speed internet (600Mb)+ WIFI 5. The shared bedroom is quite big (22m2) with it ́s own bathroom and has 2 beds, one double (mine) and one single/individual (which I rent for short or medium stays). ATENCION: Esta oferta es SOLO para chicos de países del área europea Schengen. La oferta consiste en el alquiler de una cama individual en una habitación compartida grande con 2 camas (la cama grande es la mía). El piso está ubicado en una agradable área residencial del Gran Bilbao, llamada Getxo, no lejos del centro de Bilbao (20 mins en metro /15 Km), con muchas zonas verdes, playas cercanas y buenas comunicaciones por metro o bus (sendas estaciones a menos de 100m). El apartamento tiene 2 baños completos, una terraza, un salón de 21m2, una cocina completa con comedor de diario, internet de alta velocidad (600Mb)+WIFI 5. La habitación compartida es grande (22m2), tiene su propio baño y consta de 2 camas una doble de 140cm (la mía) y otra individual de 90cm (la que alquilo para estancias cortas o medias (entre 1 y 6 meses).
