The flat is 88m2 and fully furnished. It was renovated just before I moved in (two years ago). It comes with all kitchen appliances (including a coffee machine), all cleaning supplies, a closet, bed, bedside table, washer/dryer, wifi etc. The flat does not come with the small shelf and mirror you see in the bedroom, but in the kitchen there is an additional shelf for extra storage. The flat is located in quiet street in Schöneberg, very well connected by transport, with five grocery stores within an 8 minute walk. There are also many great restaurants/cafes around.
