L’attico si trova in via Giuseppe Pellegrini, nel quartiere Carrassi, a pochi minuti dal Policlinico di Bari, a 500 metri dalla stazione BARI CENTRALE, in un contesto servito di negozi di ogni genere, farmacie, ristoranti, etc. A pochi metri, inoltre, si trovano le fermate delle linee bus 10, 11, 11/ e 27 CONTRATTO: contratto regolarmente registrato e a USO TRANSITORIO a partire dal 01/09/2025 (o data successiva) fino al 31/08/2026. FORMULA ALL INCLUSIVE: stanchi di non conoscere l’importo esatto delle spese che si andranno a sommare al canone di locazione? Con la formula “all-inclusive”, oltre al canone di affitto, pagherete una quota fissa ogni mese comprensiva di: tutte le utenze luce e gas, riscaldamento, collegamento Wi-Fi in fibra ottica, spese condominiali, tassa sui rifiuti, manutenzione caldaia e pulizia quindicinale delle parti comuni.
