Die Wohnung bietet insgesamt 86 m2 Wohnfläche und liegt am ruhigen Ortsrand der Gemeinde Dittelbrunn im unterfränkischen Landkreis Schweinfurt. Dittelbrunn grenzt direkt an Schweinfurt, sodass die Innenstadt mit dem Auto oder Bus schnell erreichbar ist – ideal z. B. für Studierende oder Berufstätige in Schweinfurt. Die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet/TV-Programm beträgt pro Monat 459 €. Das entspricht 33 % der kompletten Miete. Welche sich auf 1300 € beläuft. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essecke, einem Flur, einem Badezimmer und auch ein Balkon (inkl. Möbel) ist mit dabei. Es verfügt aktuell nur über ein Einzelbett (90x200 cm) mit Nachttisch, einem Kleiderschrank (beides neu) und einem Bücherregal.
