Maximum rent is till May 31, 2026. Starting Oct 5, 2025 There are 3 rooms in this floor. Each student has his own room, but bathroom and kitchen are shared. Each student must bring or buy in the shop his own dishes and bedding, also pillow and blanket (approx 100€ for all together, I can bring you with my car to a cheap shop) Absolutely no noise from 22-7h. Parties not allowed. Visitors not allowed. Bus nr. 5 is 10 minutes walk away and need to the city centre about 20-30 minutes. Parking is 3€/day...
