The deposit amounts to two months rent. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted. This room is located in the 19th district in Diemgasse. It is in proximity to the train station Heiligenstadt. Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February. The rental contract will be limited to three years.
