Our Double Studio (Single Use - 2 beds for 1 person- you don't need to share) are the perfect room for you. They’ve been thoughtfully designed to give you a sense of privacy and calm, still with all the high-quality finishes you’d find in our other room types. Located on floors 1 to 8, each room is a spacious 20 – 26 m2 and comes equipped with two 105-120 cm compact double beds, two study desks & chairs, two large wardrobes with shelving & hanging space, a full length mirror, and one modern ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a two-ring induction hob, combi-microwave oven, fridge with freezer shelf, sink, and plenty of storage. Oh, and let’s not forget the air-conditioning! If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
