The flat is composed by lounge, a cosy separate bedroom (the bed/mattress is around 140x200cm), kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub /shower). The flat is rather central and well located for transport: the train station (S-Bahn Bellevue Station) is only 600 metres away. From there you can travel to Tiergarten (2 min.), Zoologischer Garten (3 min.) etc. (to the west) or to Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof, 3min.), Friedrichstraße (6 min.), Hackescher Markt (8 min.), Alexanderplatz (9 min.) etc. (to the east). During peak hours on a working day there is a train every 3 min. In addition, Turmstraße underground station is 900 metres away and there are also bus stops close to the flat. As you can see from the map, the flat is very close to the river and to the park (Tiergarten) and therefore suitable for someone who likes jogging or simply likes living close to the park. So, you will be able to live in the green and in a central location at the same time! Even though there is not an allocated parking space, there is a private gated parking (on a first-come first-served basis). You can also use the private parking for your bike and motorbike. The flat has a good size balcony. Due to the recent partial refurbishement , some details of the previous photos may be out of date.
