Welcome! This 82 m2 apartment is perfect for families and couples looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The entrance opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a TV, and opens onto a balcony with beautiful city views. A portable fan is also available for hot days. The dining area includes a table that seats four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The master bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm) made with hotel-quality linens, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A piano is available in one of the rooms and can be used at any time, except between 10 PM and 9 AM, to respect the neighbors. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a bathtub. Each has a toilet. During your stay, you will also have access to Wi-Fi and a complimentary parking spot for your vehicle. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access, but reaching the elevator requires using a few stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
