Description

Available from march first till the end of august/early september due to work abroad during this period. Registration is not possible since this is my pricate recidence. Please upload all your documents before replying, and send us a detailed discribtion of who you are and what you do :) My house is situated in a quiet 1930's neighborhood just outside the centre of Zaandam and a short train or bike ride away from Amsterdam (Depending on what area you have to be). The livingroom is decorated in a mix of local and Indian vintages and antiques, in combination with some modern pieces to create an eclectic atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathroom are kept minimalistic to promote a restfull sleep. There is a front yard and small patio in the back where tou can relax outside. The supermarket is a short walk away. Zaandam train station 5 minutes by bike. Amsterdam's Hip NDSM area just 25 minutes by bike. Amsterdam Central 12 minutes by train. Supermarket is a short walk away. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
