Once the reservation is confirmed, the local sales representative will contact you via (hidden) during business hours to arrange the move-in (which must be during business hours), as well as to discuss outstanding payments, the security deposit and administrative fee (part by bank transfer/deposit and part in cash upon move-in), documentation, and the contract.
