Unser Boardinghaus richtet sich an Gäste mit langfristigem Aufenthalt (mindestens 30 Nächte). Wir bieten 57 Einzelzimmer (mit Balkon), 57 Doppelzimmer, 57 Dreibettzimmer, 1 Mehrbettzimmer mit 6 Betten (ohne Küche) sowie 3 komplette Apartments à 6 Personen (mit eigener Küche & Bad). In allen Zimmern stehen WLAN (inkl.), Schreibtische / Tische und ein TV-Anschluss zur Verfügung (eigene Geräte mitbringen). Für den täglichen Bedarf nutzen Sie unsere moderne, sanierte Gemeinschaftsküche und Aufenthaltsräume. Gemeinschaftsbäder teilen sich maximal 6 Gäste, Reinigung ist inklusive (Montag bis Freitag). Für Wäsche stehen im Haus Münz-Waschmaschinen / Trockner der Firma Mietwasch GmbH zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es: öffentliche, kostenlose Stellplätze auf der Straße sowie 20 private Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr). Die Lage ist ruhig, aber bestens angebunden: U2 / U4 bringen Sie in kurzer Zeit in zentrale Stadtteile, und auch per Auto erreichen Sie uns bequem über die Ausfahrt Billstedt. Rezeption: Mo–Fr 11:00–18:30 Uhr Mindestaufenthalt 30 Nächte. Einmalige Endreinigung je Zimmer / Wohnung: 40 €. Hinweis: Bei Aufenthalten unter 60 Nächten fällt die Hamburgische Kultur- & Tourismustaxe (KTT, derzeit 0,64€ pro Nacht und Gast) an (siehe Rechnungsausweisung). Wichtig: Eine Anreise am Wochenende ist leider nicht möglich...
