It has a furnished living-dining room with a table for six people, a sofa and a wall-mounted television. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the living area and includes a washing machine. This space has two balconies, making it very bright. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both are spacious and have windows, and one of the bedrooms also has views of the main street. There is one full bathroom and another with a sink and shower. This apartment includes electricity costs up to £50 per month and water costs up to £20 per month. If the electricity and water costs exceed this amount, the difference must be paid. Enjoy modern amenities in a convenient location. It is a lively neighbourhood, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as shops and theatres. Some of the most iconic historical sites are within walking distance, such as Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía.
