The building has a bathroom on each floor, with multiple WCs and showers, making it easy for everyone to have privacy and comfort. Monthly rent is as shown and all bills total to around 60 EUR/month. We have a selection small and large rooms available, so you can choose the space that best fits your needs and budget. This is our standard room, the smallest of the 3 types. - Each Standard room has a single bed and a study desk. - Bedding, blankets and pillows are provided in every bedroom. - Wifi is available everywhere. - There is a kitchen on each floor. - There is a bathroom on each floor with multiple WCs and showers. - There is a living room on each floor with tables and chairs. - Our rooms and kitchen are fully furnished & equipped, so you don't need to buy anything. If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
