Room 1 – Quiet and Interior Single room with single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, and chair. Ideal if you are looking for privacy and quiet, as it has an interior window facing the hallway. Fully equipped and ready to move in. Good artificial lighting. Clean and cozy space. Spacious living room with sofa and coffee table. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Washing machine available. Shared bathroom. Shared apartment with a quiet and respectful atmosphere. Services included: Electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, maintenance service, and cleaning of common areas. When contacting us, please let us know your age, the reason for your stay, and your start/end dates so that we can offer you the best option. Requirements: Minimum 3-month rental. Upon moving in, you will pay: - Proportional first month's rent. - Security deposit. Minors are not accepted. Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed. DECORATION NOT INCLUDED. PLEASE NOTE: -For hygiene reasons, tenants must bring their own mattress cover, bottom sheet, top sheet or duvet cover, bedspread or duvet, pillow(s) and pillowcase(s), and bath, face, and foot towels for showering. If desired, we can provide these items for an additional cost of €120 new or €60 used and disinfected. - One month's deposit or security deposit - The contract has a mandatory term. If terminated early, the deposit will not be refunded. - It is possible to register with a minimum contract of 6 months - The deposit will not be returned until the corresponding deregistration certificate is presented, if applicable - Why do we charge a deposit? This is probably not your case, but in 6 years of doing this business we have had many tenants who have broken many things. - When is the deposit returned? We will refund it within 30 days of the keys being returned and the contract having been fulfilled. - Is there a maintenance service? Yes, available for any damage that may occur. - If you want to cancel the contract, is that possible? Yes. The contract you sign will give you the right to live in the contracted room for the contracted period, but not the obligation to stay, so you can leave the room as stated in the contract. - Who will you be living with? Tenants usually change as the average contract is 9 months, so we don't know who will be living in the apartment with you, but we try to find people of similar ages and occupations. - Utilities: The apartment has a cap on included expenses, and if this is exceeded, the cost is shared among the housemates. - Requirements for renting: You must demonstrate that you are solvent enough to pay the monthly rent. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
