It is 100 square meters with two bedrooms and one big kitchen/leaving room, and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tab. The add is designed for professionals working in the downtown area of Rome. The 2000 euro security deposit will be given back at move out, unless there is evident damage in the apartment. Electric, Gas, Internet, Water bills are paid separately. They are based on your consumption. There is 200 euro per month "Condominio" (building manager/homeowners association fee) charge of 200 euro per month, which includes water bill. So the total rent is 2150 + 200 = 2350 included "Condominio"...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
