Zimmer Die Wohnung ist Kernsaniert, dementsprechend ein modernes Zimmer mit Balkon! Das Zimmer ist unmöbeliert, der Rest der Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet inkl. Küche. Lage Sehr schöhnes und ruhiges Viertel. Edeka, Lidl und Dm sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 6 min Fußweg). Ebenfalls sind Aldi und Rossmann in der Nähe. Es ist schön ruig und man kann sehr gut in einem kleinen Wald spazieren gehen. Der Telekom Dom ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dort finden regelmäßig Basketballspiele und Events statt. Die Autobahn ist sehr nah, sodass man mit dem Auto sich schnell fortbewegen kann. Es gibt super viele Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Busverbindung nach Bonn ist sehr gut, sie nächste Haltestelle ist ca. 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Duisdorf Zentrum mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Arzt Praxen, ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entefernt. WG-Leben Meine Name ist Enikö, bin 21 und ich studiere im zweiten Semester BWL auf der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Ab September suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin für eine zweier WG.
