La maison se compose de : • Trois chambres • Une salle de bain équipée, • Deux toilettes, dont une séparée de la salle de bain, • Une cuisine équipée, • Un salon commun, un grand jardin, une véranda lumineuse, • Pas de domiciliation La maison est en partie meublée, et il est possible d’en discuter selon les besoins de chacun-e. Chambre disponible à 350 et charges fixes de 150€/mois (eau, gaz, électricité, internet) et décompte au départ. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
