La cucina in comune si trova a piano terra ed è totalmente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort (piatti, bicchieri, posate e pentole sono a tua disposizione per cucire). Di fronte alla cucina è disponibile un piccolo giardino privato in cui potrai rilassarti e stendere il bucato. E' completa di arredamento e di tutto quello che ti serve per cucinare. Inoltre hai anche a disposizione la lavatrice. E' davvero il luogo perfetto per condividere pasti e momenti conviviali con gli altri inquilini o semplicemente per rilassarti da solo/a. Sono forniti asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte, anche di ricambio ed è possibile richiedere il servizio di pulizia dell'immobile con un piccolo extra.
