Wonderful and finely furnished one bedroom apartment with kitchenette available for rent in a 1.400 year old castle located 2 hours south of Florence and 2.5 hours north of Rome. Search for Castello Monticelli in the web. The ceilings are 4.5 meters high. The minimum stay is 2 months from october to april. The view on the underlying valley is breathtaking both from its windows and from the garden. The rent of € 1.150 per month does not include the consumption of metan gas. Water, electricity, condo fees and the use of Wi-Fi, Smart TV and parking are free. Digital nomads are welcome. A car is a must because we are in the countryside.
