The apartment is in Trastevere near John Cabot University and AUR (American University of Rome). It is considered the heart of Rome with many restaurants, wineries, monuments, churches, and grocery stores. This add is majorly for John Cabot, AUR, UW Rome Center students (or students in other Colleges nearby the area). It is a big house (100 square meters) with two bedrooms and one big kitchen/leaving room. The min number of students is 3 and max number of students allowed are 4, two in each room. I will work to pair you with somebody who you would feel comfortable sharing the room. It is not a random process. If you have a student friend who you know, that would be the ideal solution for sharing a room. Rent is 600 euro per month + 50 euro for "Condominio" (building manager/homeowners association fee) , which includes water. So total rent included "Condominio" is 650 per month. The 500 euro security deposit will be given back at move out, unless there is evident damage in the apartment. The monthly bills: Electrical and gas are based on your consumption. It will honestly calculated each month. It might range between 30 to at most 100 euro per month. I speak English. I am always available to help you out for any problem you might have. I work at the American University of Rome near Gianicolo. You must be a student to rent a room!...

At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
Watch this short video to see all the ways we keep you safe, from secure payments to support with finding a new place. For more details, you can also read about Tenant Protection.
