Move-in is available at the beginning of September and the lease goes until July 7th. You’ll have your own private bathroom and bedroom with brand new carpet and paint installed before move-in. The apartment features an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. Each tenant has their own assigned parking spot in a private lot directly in front of the building. Rent is $1,500 per month plus utilities (internet and utilities combined are typically about $100 per month, making the total around $1,600 per month).
