Look for Castello Monticelli in the web. It lies on top of a hill with a breathtaking view all around. The minimum stay is 2 months. Each bedroom has its own bath. The apartment measures 110 square meters. It has a good view on Perugia, the capital of Umbria. The rent is € 1.600 per month plus the metan gas consumed. Water, electricity, condo fees, Internet, the use of Smart TV and the parking free are alle inlcuded in the rent. Digital nomads are welcome.
