The room can also have an applicable private terrace in the quiet and reserved Tollegno building with a limited availability. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities. The optional services upon request include extra cleaning, final cleaning, underground parking, extra space for sports equipment and luggage. ⭐For 45€ , you can have a small bed ( 120cm) and for 70 € , a large one ( 140 cm). For an additional 25 € , you can also choose the floor of the room. You can have a terrace with this apartment for 150 € extra. 📝Please note that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
