Great location! Very well-located apartment on the top floor of a building with three apartments. The entrance is shared with one other apartment, and there is a shared staircase on the third floor. The apartment is bright with three bedrooms, small kitchen and a dining area. The bathroom includes a washing machine with a built-in dryer. Hardwood floors throughout (except bathroom and kitchen). The kitchen is equipped with all the main utensils and a dishwasher (AirFryer and Microwave). There are two of us living in the apartment; we work during the day, occasionally from home, and sometimes spend weekends outdoors. We need to be considerate of our neighbours. There is a shared garden that all residents are free to use. Important: The bed in the room is 190 cm long - wall to wall. NOT for a tall person :) We have a German Pointer dog (1 year old) that sleeps in a crate during the night.
