The apartment consists of a living room with bathroom and shower (which can also be used as a bedroom with a French or double bed), a long corridor with a semi-habitable kitchenette. A delightful single bedroom with private bathroom follows. Then you go up a typical wooden staircase and you arrive in a spacious and panoramic room with a complete bathroom with bathtub. Climbing an iron staircase you arrive on a magnificent big panoramic terrace. In total there are 3 complete bathrooms en suite. Each and everyone of this rooms have beautiful frescos which will make you feel immerse in the beauty of Florence also at home. The apartment has a gran total of 90 m2, the smallest room has 10 m2, the room near the kitchen has 15m2 while the master bedroom has 25m2 and the terrace has 25m2 and a spacious corridor. This apartment has space for 3 or even 2 serious workers or students that understand the historical importance of this house and will take good care of it. It is mandatory to show the job/university certification that prove the period of rental. For example Erasmus certificate, Stage certificate, transitory job etc... There are some extra fees that need to be payed on top of the rent: NB. TO PAY IN ADDITION AT MOVE IN Cleaning service: 250 euros Garbage tax: 30 euros per months Insurance: 30 euros per months Security Deposit:if you stay for 6 months and no longer the deposit is 2000 euros; if you stay for more than 6 months the deposit is 3000 euros Condominium: 300 euros per month; you have to pay it all for 6 months at move in (so at move in you have to pay 1800 euros of condominium).
