Die Diele und das Bad hat einen Granitfußboden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine separate Küche mit Fenster. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und auch ein Fenster. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG und ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Ein persönlicher Keller ist auch vorhanden, aber leider kein Balkon.
