We’re located in the peaceful Sete Rios area, near the University of Lisbon - a calm, well-connected neighbourhood close to supermarkets and public transport stops. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It’s a private room with high ceilings and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchenette features modern appliances including a refrigerator, electric stove, and a microwave that also functions as an oven. For year-round comfort, the studio includes underfloor heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. A desk by the window offers a bright and quiet space for studying. There’s also a wardrobe to keep your clothes organised, and a private en-suite bathroom to ensure your privacy. The mezzanine double bed provides a spacious and cosy sleeping area, and the built-in power outlets (including USB) at the headboard let you charge your phone while watching your favourite series on your laptop. In the common area, you’ll find a paid washer-dryer available for use. Cleaning Services (Optional): Our common areas are cleaned daily. You can also choose from the following in-room cleaning services: - Standard Room Cleaning – €175 (per 5-month stay) Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, so you can focus on what matters most. - Premium Room Cleaning – €205 (per 5-month stay) Includes bi-weekly cleaning and a change of bed linen twice a month.
