A new mattress purchase option is available for approximately €120 (group purchase arranged by the residence manager). 📍 About the area: Ideally located in Brussels, between the Solbosch Campus, the Solvay Business School and the lively La Bascule-Louise district, this student residence offers well-designed spaces and quality materials. ⭐Costs: Rental deposit: 1660€ for the studios of 980€ /1700€ for the studios of 1000€. The residence does not charge any application fees. Only the inventory fees for entry and exit are payable by the tenant (€65 each time). 📝Please Note: The residence is reserved for students only, with no age limit, but preferably between 18 and 35 years old. 12-month rental contract, non-cancellable from September 15th. Only two reasons for contract cancellation are accepted: study abandonment, upon presentation of proof and death of a parent or guarantor. Required documents: For the tenant: -Identity document (passport or national identity card, front and back). -Proof of schooling. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
