For your comfort and privacy, the room is located further away from the common kitchen. The accommodation does not include a mattress, duvet, pillow, sheets, and towels. A new mattress purchase option is available for approximately €120 (group purchase arranged by the residence manager). 📍 About the area: Located in close proximity to the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) campuses, the (hidden) residence offers 102 fully equipped student apartments. It also benefits from excellent access to public transportation. ⭐Costs: Rental deposit: equivalent to 2 months' rent excluding charges. The residence does not charge any application fees. Only the inventory fees for entry and exit are payable by the tenant (€65 each time). 📝Please Note: The residence is reserved for students only, with no age limit, but preferably between 18 and 35 years old. 12-month rental contract, non-cancellable from September 15th. Only two reasons for contract cancellation are accepted: study abandonment, upon presentation of proof and death of a parent or guarantor. Required documents: For the tenant: -Identity document (passport or national identity card, front and back). -Proof of schooling. For the guarantor: -European guarantor preferred, with a solvency ratio of 2.5 times the rent. -Identity document. -Last 3 pay slips. -Tax notice. -Email address and telephone number. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
