Spacious (+/-130 m2) 3 bedroom apartment in Amsterdam. Newly renovated with all amenities. Rental period is a bit flexible, can be discussed. A new and spacious kitchen, new bathroom, floor heathing and more. The apartment has three floors (ground floor, first floor and basement). There are two desks to work from, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor with a great view. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a separate shower, bath and toilet. There is another toilet on the ground floor. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a playground and sportfield in front of the house. Close to a shoppingstreet with lots of nice cafés and restaurants, and only a 10 minute bike ride to the city center...
