The 50 square metres basement includes a fitness or a children ́s playroom, hobby/work area, and laundry room. Bus stop: 5-minute walk, 10 minutes to Elbgaustraße S-Bahn. Krupunder S-Bahn: 20-minute walk. Supermarkets and bakeries: 5-minute walk. Stadtzentrum Schenefeld shopping mall: 1.2 km away....
