The apartment is beautifully designed and has lots of natural light in the afternoons. Subway station (Hermannstr) is 5-7 minutes walk. Building was fully renovated in 2014. Friendly neighbors (mostly owners). Apartment has a spacious kitchen, a 4-person dining table, an extra-big bed (2x2 meters) with TV and Netflix and a small, cozy couch. This place is considered quite central, within the S-bahn ring and close to Kreuzberg, Schöneberg and other areas of Neukölln.
