A 30. sq meters studio on the first floor (not ground) , only 600 meters (5-7 minutes walk) from the Acropolis , Plaka or the metro stop The studio has 1 small balcony 1 quality double bed 1 kitchen with dining area 1 bathroom You need to walk up about 30 stairs to enter the studio Despite its central location is quiet Shops, restaurants, Banks, S/M just around the corner WIFI, AIRCONDITION for cooling and Heating smart TV There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps.
