Decorative floral paintings make the room more cosy, so that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room also comes with a brand new pillow and pillowcase, as well as a mid-season blanket, duvet and duvet cover, also brand new. Sheets are not provided as they are considered a very personal item for the tenant. The flat has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with all the kitchen utensils necessary for a pleasant coexistence, all of which are new and unused. In terms of the profile we are looking for, we would like a respectful and clean person to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. The price also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas one day a week. Expenses are included and cover electricity, water, heating, internet and weekly cleaning.
