Ich ziehe in einer Wohnung irgendwo anders ein, deswegen suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter/Nachmieterin. Die gesamte Miete (mit Internet, Heizung, usw) ist 444 eur, d.h. 320 eur Kaltmiete + 110 eur Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, usw) + 14 eur Internet. Das Zimmer ist: - 16 m2: Groß genug, um 1-2 Freunde zum Übernachten einzuladen. - Nicht mobliert. - Von meinem Haus aus kannst du den Bus in 4 Minuten, die Straßenbahn in 10 Minuten oder die S-Bahn in 5 Minuten nehmen, die Richtung Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof fahren. - Es gibt einen Rewe, einen Dönerladen, eine Bäckerei und ein Café, die nur 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt sind. Bei Interesse melde dich einfach bei mir, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vor Ort oder Online vereinbaren...
