My partner and I are looking to sublet our 52m2 apartment in Vienna's 16th district (Ottakring) for a period of four months, from (hidden) (these are the preferable dates, but we can accommodate changes if required). Sharing more details and pics below: - The apartment comes with a bedroom, living room, a fully functional kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave), home office, a bathroom and washroom - ⁠The rent would be 900 euros including all the utilities (which includes water + gas + electricity). Deposit would be one month’s rent - ⁠For Wifi, a router is available, but an internet card would need to be purchased as per your requirements - ⁠Our apartment is on the first floor and is very close to Yppenplatz and Brünnenmarkt, a popular and extensive Turkish street market famous for its eastern Mediterranean offerings — from spices, meat, vegetables and groceries to quick and delicious bites - ⁠Supermarkets such as Spar, Hofer, Penny and Billa are a quick walk away.
