Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 59m2 apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay near Paris! Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a cosy space with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. Please note that lighting a fire in the fireplace is not allowed. There is also a glass screen in front of it, so please be careful when moving around the area. The space has a dining table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a trundle king bed (180x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and complimentary toiletries. There's also a washer for your laundry needs. The WCs are separated. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
