The train goes 4 x per hour. The room with private bath is equipped with everything you need (bed, table, chair, wardrobe), the kitchen is also fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. There is a washing room with a washing machine & dryer. You can just move in and feel well Your loverly landlord who does not live in the house but also in Eschborn (that’s me) is extra friendly and supportive, also with your registration process. :) The cleaning fee (200 EUR) can be averted ,if the tenant gives back his appartment in a 100% cleaned state (as on the day of moving in). The admin fee (150 EUR) is due at the end of the contractual lifetime (in the ad the default is, that you pay it upon moving in, but for this appartment it is upon moving out). However: No admin fee will be charged, if you extend your stay for more then 6 months (you get one option for extention in the contract). Parking is optional.
