Access is via a staircase shared with the other apartment in the building. The main facade features a continuous balcony with plants and a small table with chairs. The building, like the neighborhood, is quiet and only houses two apartments in total, and the office of our Barracart Apartments on the ground floor. It also has access to a 22 m2 rooftop terrace shared by the two apartments of the building—accessible via the communal stairs—equipped with a large table and chairs, and hammocks for sunbathing or relaxing. Completely renovated in a carefully restored century-old building, the apartment is brand new. The apartment features the most modern and comfortable facilities, top-quality materials and equipment, unique designer pieces and antiques, as well as a small library. Natural plants also feature inside and in communal areas, providing warmth and freshness. It has a separate work area with a desk, and internet connection (fiber optic) via Wi-Fi and cable. The maximum occupancy is two people, in a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold), a ceiling fan with summer-winter function, a 60" Smart TV with Ethernet connection and many small amenities, as well as mosquito nets on the windows. The fully equipped bathroom and kitchen include a hairdryer, iron, linens, dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer, an induction hob, an extractor fan integrated into the countertop, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a blender, a juicer, cleaning supplies... all brand new. The final price (rental fee + utilities & services) includes all utilities (electricity, water and internet), community fees, and weekly housekeeping with bedlinen and towel changes and maintenance (apartment and terrace). 24-hour customer service by phone, and personal attention at the office of Barracart Apartments on the ground floor of the building on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To check availability and service costs, please contact us, providing the dates of your stay, the number of occupants and the purpose of your stay which is necessary for the seasonal rental agreement. We can only answer inquiries from interested parties with verified identity and occupation, specifying the previously requested information in the inquiry. Seasonal rentals, in accordance with local regulations, require a two-month-fee security deposit. In this context, "monthly fee" refers only to the rental price, excluding utility and service charges and VAT, which will be itemized on the invoice. All prices include 10% VAT. The security deposit amount will be calculated based on the prorated rental price, it is not a fixed amount. It is essential to sign a rental agreement in Spanish, which complies with the requirements of the corresponding Spanish law, which we have translated into English.
