Room on the upper floor in a house in a delightful Eco-Village in Björkhagen surrounded by trees and next to the large nature reserve Nackareservatet. Sheets and towels are included as well as washing detergent etc. 20 minute bike ride to the inner city. 8 minutes walk to the metro station Björkhagen then 10 minutes metro to the inner city. Söderby Lake with nice swimming 15 minutes walk away. You will have part of a fully equipped kitchen and three bathroom facilities (one complete bathroom, plus a separate shower plus a and a separate toilet with wash basin so there is rarely any queue). Patio with outdoor furniture. Fast wifi. There are four more bedrooms. Besides the host there are long- and short-term guests. It is calm and quiet with respectful persons. The house rule "be very quiet after 10 pm" is respected as is tidying up after yourself. No pets, the house is safe for allergics....

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
