In your room you have a brand new smart/internet TV 43" (109 cm ) for yourself ( I already pay GEZ fees, you don't have to pay anything extra), a table, the bed and many cupboards. You also get Prime, free of charge. Hermannstraße and Grenzallee U-Bahn and S-bahn are 10 minutes away. Edeka, Lidl, Penny can also be reached in 10 minutes. There are 2 cats in the flat, so the offer is only for people who like cats. If you have a cat allergy, this is not good for your health to live with cats. In the rent costs, really everything is included: internet, electricity, GEZ, cleaning of the house, maintenance of the garden.
