Description

We’re offering you a bright, 22 sqm room with its own balcony in our cozy shared flat. The room has large windows with a beautiful view, high ceilings, and parquet flooring. Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom has a bathtub. We offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We like hanging out together now and then, but there’s no pressure — everyone does their own thing. We have a flexible cleaning schedule and easy-going house rules. We’re looking for someone between 22 and 30 years old who enjoys shared living, is tidy, respectful, and likes spending time together every now and then. The room is available immediately, but we’re flexible with the move-in date. We’re located in Charlottenburg, just a few minutes' walk from Charlottenburg Palace and the Spree River. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
