Description

Prachtige nieuwbouw woning in Charlois, Rotterdam. De woning is opgeleverd in 2024 dus alles als nieuw. Moderne badkamer en keuken en 4 slaapkamers (waarvan twee met een 2-persoons bed, in de andere kamers zouden bedden kunnen worden geplaatst). Een studeerkamer, home gym en een groene tuin. Omdat wij 3 maanden met sabbatical gaan, zoeken wij een huurder voor deze periode. Because we will be abroad and unable to attend the check-in in person, we kindly ask that the security deposit is paid a few days before your move-in date. We would like to complete the check-in inspection before our departure, i.e., shortly before 31 January 2026. We will be working with a rental contract as well as a check-in and check-out inspection list, so everything is clear and transparent for both sides.
