Former shoemaker shop, on the ground floor, quiet downtown neigborhood, Reykjavik 101 - Quietness and properness is needed Walking distance to University, main street, grocery store, etc. Fully furnished flat, bed linens and towels are included The big cupboard in the living room is for the homeowner’s personal use and is locked off. THE FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE RULES ARE TO BE RESPECTED: 1-The cooking top and the oven are to be cleaned after every use with products to be found under the sink. Must use a special glass ceramic cooktop cleaner and follow instructions (manuals for the cooktop and oven available in the bottown drawer of the oven) 2. The shower bottom should be wiped off after every use. 3. The bed has space to store 2 luggages and there are vaacum cleaner and floor wiper to be found. 4. The garbage and recycling of paper products (only) are to be put in the containers in the the service corridor along the apartment, opposite to the entrance corridor. The access is from the street through the white door, turning the door handle up. Other products to be recycled are to be brought to Sorpa sites. ALSO INCLUDED: WI-fi connection, heating, electricity and one general cleaning every two weeks...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
