It comes furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. The sleeping area sits on a shatterproof glass mezzanine, offering two distinct zones: one with a king-size bed, the other with two singles – cozy, simple, and filled with quiet light. Below, the living space features authentic reclaimed 19th-century cement tiles, carefully chosen to reflect the spirit of the original building.
