Historic building from 1900 with modern vibes in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a raised ground-floor flat with 72,5 square meters. The apartment was completely rebuilt in (hidden), thus it is a new construction within an old building. It features underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The flooring is covered with marble tiles. The walls are insulated with a Multipor/lime plaster system, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Due to this insulation system, there is a strict no-smoking policy in this unit. The bathroom includes a very large walk-in shower and a 2 person bathtube. The windows are modern soundproof windows with electric shutters (timer possible). You get a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a combinded oven/microwave. There is a sharded use dryer in the basement or you can dry on the balcony. Bedroom comes with a 180cmx200cm box spring bed (bit smaller than US king size) and a large wardrobe. You will find large TV's with a Fire TV Stick in the living room and bedroom. You will receive a package mailbox that can accommodate packages of medium size (ordered, not delivered yet). The ceiling lights in kitchen and living room can be dimmed, and the light color (white only) can be adjusted. TÌn the kitchen area there is an additional indirect lighting that can be set to any color. The ceiling light in the bathroom can be dimmed and set to any colour. In the apartment, there are paintings (on loan) by the Spanish artist Juan Ruiz-Gonzalez, which can be exchanged for another or purchased as a keepsake. Networked smoke detectors are installed in the building. The flat has a storage area (above the hallway) which can be accessed with a ladder. The main rooms (except hallway) are over 3m high. A parking space can be rented for €75 upon request. Pets are allowed upon inquiry. The big balkony is separated in the middle with a milk glass for use by two appartments. Electricity, Water and heating is included within normal use. Exessive use will be applicable to a extra charge. Heating will not work while windows are open. Location: Central downtown location, with all shops for daily needs in close proximity. A 5-minute walk to bus stops and the pedestrian zone. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
